The Reset is six weeks of one-to-one support to transform how you feel.

We sit down together, face to face, and discuss everything from your goals to the way you were born. I leave no stone unturned in my detective work. By the end of our conversation I have a complete picture of what makes you you.

I'll use this to create you a completely bespoke health plan. I provide tailored nutrition, lifestyle, testing & supplement recommendations.

We’ll implement it together, at your own pace.

How it works

WEEK 1

In person          90 minutes

This is our in-depth initial consultation to understand everything from your health history, your family medical history, medications and supplements you take, the health of each body system, your lifestyle, to what and how you eat. This gives me a holistic picture of you as a person, not just you as your symptoms. I will analyse this information and create a plan for you.

WEEK 2

Online          30 minutes

I will explain what I think is driving your symptoms and we will go through the first stage of your plan. This is usually about three nutritional recommendations, a lifestyle focussed point, and testing and supplement suggestions, if necessary.

WEEK 3

WhatsApp call          15 minutes

We'll have a chat to see how you're feeling and how you're getting on with the plan.

WEEK 4

Online          20 minutes

I will introduce the second phase of the plan to you. This will be a similar structure to phase one.

WEEK 5

WhatsApp call          15 minutes

We'll have a chat to see how you're feeling and how you're getting on with the plan.

WEEK 6     

Online          30 minutes

We will review how you feel at the end of the process and I will share the final update to your plan.
