In Six gives you clarity through six weeks of bespoke one-to-one support, transforming how you feel and look.
We sit down together, face to face, and discuss everything from your goals, to your sleep, to how you shop for food. I leave no stone unturned in my detective work. By the end of our first conversation, I have a complete picture of what makes you you.
Using this, I create a bespoke health plan for you. It includes tailored nutrition, lifestyle, testing and supplement recommendations.
We implement it together, at your own pace.

How it works
WEEK 1: In-depth chat
In person | 80 minutes
We chat about your goals, your health history, your family medical history, the medications and supplements you take, the health of each body system, your lifestyle, and what and how you eat. This gives me a holistic picture of you as a person, not just you as your symptoms. I analyse this to create a plan just for you.
Online | 30 minutes
WEEK 2: Phase one
I explain what could be driving your symptoms and we go through the first stage of your plan. This usually includes three nutritional recommendations, a lifestyle point, and testing and supplement suggestions if necessary.
WhatsApp call | 15 minutes
WEEK 3: Catch-up
We chat about how you're feeling, how you're getting on with the plan, and I answer any questions.
Online | 20 minutes
WEEK 4: Phase two
We discuss the second phase of your plan. This will be a similar structure to phase one.

We chat about how you're feeling, how you're getting on with the plan, and I answer any questions.
Online | 30 minutes
WEEK 6: Final update
We review the changes you've experienced and I share the final update to your plan, arming you with the tools to sustain your progress.
