The Reset is two months of totally bespoke, one to one support to transform how you feel.

Week 0
In-depth consultation
We'll discuss what you want support with and your aims. I'll ask about everything from how you were born, to how you sleep, to what you eat for breakfast - this is where my detective work begins!
80 minutes - In person
Plan: Stage 1
I'll take you through my analysis of what could be driving your symptoms and what we can do about it. This is usually two dietary changes and one lifestyle, with testing and/or supplements if necessary.
30 minutes - Online
Week 1
Catch-up
A quick session to check in on how you're finding your plan. You can ask questions and we'll discuss how you're feeling.
15 minutes - Online
Week 2
Week 3
Plan: Stage 2
This is when we'll build on your progress and introduce the next phase of your plan.
20 minutes - Online
Catch-up
A quick session to check in on how you're finding the updated plan. You can ask questions and we'll discuss how you're feeling.

Week 4
In-depth follow-up
A detailed review of how you're feeling and what's changed since the start of The Reset. We'll talk about your initial goals as well as your body systems, what and how you're eating, and your lifestyle.
45 minutes - In person
Week 5
Week 6
Plan: Stage 3
We'll review my updated analysis of your goals and the next phase of your plan.
30 minutes - Online
Catch-up
A quick session to check in on how you're finding the changes. You can ask questions and we'll discuss how you're feeling.
15 minutes - Online
Week 7
Final review
A closing session to discuss how you feel after the two months. I'll introduce the final few points of your plan and we'll talk about strategies for maintaining your progress.

Do you offer payment plans?Yes! You can pay in two instalments or upfront.

Where do the in-person sessions take place?If you live in London I can come to you. Otherwise, they'll be at a mutually convenient location in central London.

What if I don't live in London?I'd still love to work together! I find it's really helpful to do at least the initial consultation face to face, but if that's not possible we can do all of the sessions virtually.

What's your cancellation policy?The Reset is non-refundable once we have had our first session together. If you need to reschedule a session, I just ask that you give 24 hours notice.

What sort of concerns do you help with?Almost anything! I love supporting people with skin concerns (including acne, eczema and psoriasis), gut issues (including bloating, constipation and SIBO), mood disorders (including anxiety and low mood), women's health (including PCOS, irregular periods, fertility and pregnancy), and low energy. I have experience working with a wide range of other concerns though, including psoriatic arthritis, sinusitis, recurrent thrush, regulating snacking and hunger cues, and optimising exercise performance and recovery - to name a few! What do I get?A totally bespoke health plan to help you with whatever you'd like to achieve. This includes my analysis and interpretation of what's going on in your body, food and lifestyle advice to address it, as well as recipes tailored to your lifestyle and taste, and specific supplement (with discount codes) and/or testing recommendations. I will also analyse any test results you have, either from before we started working together or ones we do together. I'm on hand throughout the process to answer any questions which come to mind too!

Will you give me a meal plan I have to follow?No, I want to give you the knowledge to make your own choices rather than asking you to stick to a prescriptive plan of exactly what to eat. I don't think that is sustainable in the long-term or fun! This is not a diet.

Will I have to do a food diary?Yes please. I'll share one with you to fill in before our initial session and before our follow-up. I'll ask about what you've eaten and drunk over the past 4 days, as well as how you've been sleeping, your mood, and what exercise you've done. Some of my clients like to take pictures of what they're eating or keep their own diary throughout the process, which is amazing! I'm very happy to incorporate as much information as you'd like to give me into my analysis.

I have some test results, can I share them with you?Yes, please do! The more information the better. I'm very happy to analyse test results for you at any stage of the process.
